Definitions: 

"Simple" Definition: no difficulties such as rust or rot etc...

"Starts at" Definition: This is the price if there are no complications. Doesn't include paint, new Trim or special accommodations etc..

Minimum Charge

My minimum is $80. You might be wondering what $80 will get you. 

Here is a list of items that the minimum charge will cover:

("Simple" Definition: no difficulties such as rust or rot etc...)

• 1 Simple Switch or Receptacle Replacement. (Doesn't involve trouble shooting only replacement.)

• 1 Simple Door Knob replacement.

• 5 Pictures or less Hung. (Could be other items.)

Flat Rate Items.

Ceiling Fan install: Starting at $250

Regular Light Fixture install: Start at $125

Trouble Shooting Wiring problems. Starts at $300. (Example 1: 3 way switch doesn't work and needs fixed, Example 2: Past contractor came and worked on wiring and now it doesn't work. Example 3, I wired this myself and I don't know why it doesn't work.)

TV Mounting: 55 inch and under Starts at: $200 / 56 Inch and Up Starts at: $300

Picture or other mounting: Start at $80 for 5 or less. $160 for 6 to 10. Over 10 is a custom prices.

(Note for Door and Window install. Price applies to each up to 3 items. More than 3 would be considered a remodel and will need a special Estimate.)

Simple 1 Wide Exterior Door Replacement: Starts at $350. (Price could change based on a few factors, Size of Door and does it need new trim inside or out, does it need painted)

Simple 2 Wide Exterior Door Replacement: Starts at $550. (Price could change based on a few factors, Size of Door and does it need new trim inside or out, does it need painted)

Simple 1 Wide Interior Door Replacement: Starts at $250. (Price could change based on a few factors, Size of Door and does it need new trim, does it need painted.)

Simple 2 Wide Interior Door Replacement: Starts at $350. (Price could change based on a few factors, Size of Door and does it need new trim, does it need painted.)

Simple Single Window Replacement Up to 48inches wide: Starts at $300. (Prices could change based on if it needs new trim or painted or how large it is.)

Simple Single and Double Window Replacement Over 48nches wide: Starts at $400. (Prices could change based on if it needs new trim or painted or how large it is.)

If your wondering about an item just ask. I can also provide an Estimate Remotely if there are no major issues that would make it risky for me to quote without seeing it in person. I will ask for pictures and as much information as I can get before completing a remote Estimate. I also require a Full Name and Address before starting. I've had several scam attempts before. They never give their names.

All Remodel and Paint jobs will require an in person meeting and special estimate.
